5 months agoBased on our experience, I would not recommend this driving school. My daughter did not have a good rapport with her assigned instructor, so I contacted the school to request a different one. During that conversation, I found the instructor to be hostile and rude toward me, which was unexpected and unprofessional. The process of getting a new instructor was difficult, and communication from the school was poor throughout. Overall, the situation was stressful and disappointing, especially given that we were simply trying to ensure a positive learning environment for our child. This review reflects our personal experience. Others may have had a different experience.

7 months agoPassed My Test First Try!! ? ? Seriously, five stars simply aren't enough for Universal Driving School! If you're looking to swap those sweaty-palm moments for genuine driving confidence, this is the place to be for sure. ? My instructor, Hess, was patient, hilarious, and somehow managed to make parallel parking feel less terrifying than making popcorn. I went from zero-to-driver in no time and absolutely smashed my road test on the first attempt. ??

a year agoI just had an amazing experience doing drivers ed with instructor Hess. He taught me everything I needed to know and I ended up passing the test. Lessons are easy to book with a lot of flexibility. Would 100% recommend.

a year ago*STAY AWAY!* *TERRIBLE* I paid $1000 dollars for the premium package and I bumped the curb trying to avoid a speeding car in the middle of my in car lessons with the driving instructor who also happens to be the manager/owner of the driving school. He demanded me to pay $900 for an inch scratch EVEN THOUGH HE HAS INSURANCE for the car. I have about 5 more hours of in car lessons but he won't give them to me unless I pay for the damages. He also showed up at my house banging on the door aggressively asking for payments and will not give me a refund even though I am missing about 50% of the in car lessons I have left.
